Ricart Branded Apparel is a growing custom apparel and promotional products company in Peterborough specializing in screen printing, embroidery, heat-applied graphics, DTF printing, and branded merchandise. You'll learn hands-on garment decoration skills across multiple processes — heat press application, screen preparation, and production support — with the opportunity to grow into skilled roles like press operation as you develop.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Heat Press Production

- Operate MEM and other heat press equipment

- Apply DTF transfers, names and numbers, puff transfers, Premium Plus transfers, patches, and other heat-applied graphics

- Ensure proper placement, application, and quality standards

- Inspect garments for defects before and after decoration

- Fold, package, and prepare completed orders

Screen Room Operations

- Coat screens using automatic coating equipment

- Operate ROQ preregistration systems

- Burn and expose screens for production

- Reclaim screens using dip tanks and cleaning chemicals

- Prepare, tape, clean, and maintain screens, squeegees, and flood bars

- Assist with screen setup and production preparation

General Production Support

- Assist other departments during busy periods

- Perform quality control checks throughout the production process

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area





- Help meet production schedules and deadlines

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- No experience required — full training provided

- Strong attention to detail

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

- Stand for most of the workday; lift up to 50 lbs

- Repetitive movements with hands, arms, and shoulders

- Manufacturing environment that may be warm at times, with moderate production noise

- Exposure to inks, cleaning solutions, chemicals, and production equipment

- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided and must be worn when required
