About the Role:

The core responsibilities will include:

1. Financial Reporting & Close Ownership

- Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for assigned brand(s), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Ensure month-end workbooks are completed in accordance with US GAAP
- Review general ledger activity, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Maintain the integrity of revenue, cost of goods sold, inventory, and accruals
- Identify and resolve issues proactively, not after the fact
- Continuously improve how we close, with a focus on speed, structure, and reliability

2. Brand Financial Performance & Analysis

- Deliver monthly results with clear, actionable variance analysis
- Provide both backward-looking reporting and forward-looking insight
- Translate financial results into the key operational drivers, risks, and opportunities that matter
- Assist with developing and maintaining KPI frameworks for assigned brand(s)
- Own the financial narrative, be able to clearly explain what is happening and why

3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning

- Lead the budgeting and rolling forecast process for assigned brand(s)
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing, and cost decisions
- Own forecast integrity and accuracy, continuously refining assumptions based on actual performance
- Identify and explain variances against budget and forecast with clear root-cause analysis
- Ensure financial plans reflect operational reality, not just spreadsheet logic

4. Business Partnering & Cross-Functional Support

- Act as the primary finance partner to operations, sales,



and other business units
- Support decision-making on pricing, product mix, and cost structure
- Ensure non-finance stakeholders understand the financial implications of their decisions
- Escalate risks, assumptions, and performance gaps clearly and early
- Provide targeted challenge on financial assumptions where required, and escalate material issues with clear recommendations

5. Working Capital & Financial Discipline

- Monitor and analyze working capital drivers, including inventory, receivables, and payables
- Identify risks and inefficiencies that impact cash and operational performance
- Support improvements in working capital efficiency and overall financial discipline

6. Process Improvement & Controls

- Identify gaps in processes, controls, and reporting, and implement improvements with measurable impact
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with policies
- Drive consistency and standardization across reporting and analysis
- Support SAP B1 enhancements and reporting automation

7. Audit, Compliance & Technical Accounting

- Support the annual audit and review process
- Prepare working papers and supporting schedules




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Support tax filings as required

8. Functional Leadership

- Provide guidance and support to junior finance team members
- Act as a resource for finance and accounting-related questions across the business
- Promote consistency, discipline, and quality in financial outputs

Required Experience:

- CPA designation is recommended, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Strong experience owning full-cycle accounting and close processes
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial results into transparent, actionable insights
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in an operational environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is preferred
- Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-brand environment is preferred
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support non-finance stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing direct reports within a finance function
- Experience overseeing transactional accounting functions (AP, AR) with accountability for accuracy, timeliness, and process discipline

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
