Midnight Marketing

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and executing all tasks across your client portfolio. Working under the direction of your Account Manager (AM), you bring their strategy and vision to life by producing high-quality deliverables, keeping projects on track, and upholding Midnight Marketing’s standards.

While the Account Manager oversees the account’s direction and success, you own the day-to-day execution and delivery of the work. Your role is to execute on the AM’s vision and strategy with precision, producing work that is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time. You will join client calls for context, present deliverables as needed, and occasionally facilitate meetings independently.

This role is ideal for someone who takes direction well, executes effectively, and has strong organizational, multitasking, time management, and interpersonal skills. You’ll be supported by an experienced Account Manager who provides clear direction, as well as a dedicated People & Culture Manager who is invested in your growth and development.

This role includes a three-month probationary period designed to give you the structure, support, and feedback needed to succeed in the role.

WHAT YOU DO

EXECUTION & DELIVERY

- Execute marketing deliverables across assigned client accounts as directed by your Account Manager, including but not limited to social media content, campaign assets, video editing and merch orders.
- Produce the required quantity of deliverables per client per month, meeting quality standards and deadlines consistently.
- Follow the campaign briefs, approved strategy, and scope set by your AM, ensuring your output is accurate, complete, and aligned with client goals.
- Review deliverables carefully before they leave your hands, catching errors before they reach your AM or the client.

- Track client budgets accurately in project management systems, flagging any concerns to your AM promptly.
- Use AI tools and the Midnight Slack agent to support your production workflow and increase output quality and speed.

BRIEFING & COORDINATION

- Write clear creative briefs based on client strategy.
- Assign tasks to creative teams (Copywriting, Graphic Design, Video, Animation, Web, 3D) ensuring they have the context needed to produce strong work.
- Keep project management systems accurate and up to date with clear timelines, statuses, feedback, and key details.
- Escalate blockers, risks, or delays to your Account Manager early before they become client-facing problems.
- Manage all freelance communications including pricing projects, assigning revision feedback and coordinating timelines for delivery.

CONTENT & SOCIAL

- Plan social media calendars and live post content across client social media accounts.
- Community management for client accounts per approved guidelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed, including quotes, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Support merch orders by sourcing options, managing vendor communication, and ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

CLIENT SUPPORT

- Occasionally facilitate client meetings when directed by your AM — preparing materials in advance, taking explicit notes, and ensuring action items are captured and followed up on.

- Adapt to shifting priorities and feedback quickly, staying organized and solutions-focused.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- Deliverables are produced accurately, on time, and to Midnight Marketing standards.
- You proactively provide updates to your Account Manager and keep tools up to date.

- Your work is consistently aligned with the approved brief, campaign strategy, and client brand.
- You’re receptive to feedback and are quick to adapt, with increasing independence over time.
