We combine state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing with an innovative online design experience, offering homeowners a true factory-direct e-commerce solution.

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our marketing strategy — from planning and research to execution across all digital channels. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role ideal for a creative and data-driven skilled.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive e-commerce growth

- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and retargeting campaigns

- Conduct market and keyword research to identify trends and growth opportunities

- Create and oversee content for website, blogs, email campaigns, and social media

- Manage and grow social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube)





- Implement SEO best practices to increase website visibility and conversions

- Set up and monitor email marketing automations (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Odoo)

- Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console

- Collaborate with management on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives

- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods

- Proven success managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media campaigns

- Solid knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing tools

- Proficient in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

- Experience with WooCommerce, Odoo, or other e-commerce platforms

- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills

- Photography and video editing experience is an asset

Schedule

- Monday to Friday

- 8-hour shift

- Occasional campaign deadlines or launch periods may require flexibility
