BOCADO RESTAURANT is a exciting restaurant concept located Picton PEC, BOCADO is a true expression of the Mediterranean, and Spanish cuisine through its colourful menu and thoughtful décor.
The BOH team will play a key role in supporting the restaurant vision for high quality food and ensuring that it is delivered, with a hands-on approach where required, in a professional, safe and effective manner.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Following standard recipes
- Inspect deliveries, ensuring quality is to satisfaction
