Victory is seeking an exceptional Statistics and Calculus Coach to join our instructional team. We provide one-on-one online academic coaching for motivated Grades 10–12 students. Coaches work under the guidance of the Director of Instruction, receiving ongoing instructional support and access to shared teaching resources.

Responsibilities

- Deliver one-on-one online Statistics 12, AP Statistics, and/or Calculus 12 instruction using Lessonspace.
- Prepare personalized lessons based on each student's learning needs.
- Teach using effective, student-centred instructional strategies.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate session notes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Education, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset).




- Strong knowledge of the BC Calculus 12 curriculum and/or AP Statistics curriculum.
- Experience teaching senior secondary mathematics within the BC education system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience teaching AP Statistics, AP Calculus, or IB Mathematics is an asset.
