Mikaku Japanese Restaurant is seeking a talented and passionate Kitchen Cook/Kitchen assistance to join our dynamic culinary team! If you have a love for Japanese cuisine and a desire to create authentic, delicious dishes, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Type: Full-time / Part time (30-35 hours a week)

Schedule: Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.($15.00-18.00 per hour)

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Japanese dishes, including but not limited to ramen, tempura, and appetizers.
- Execute dishes according to Mikaku's recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and rotating ingredients.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
