Junior Content Strategist — Personal Branding (Contract, Vancouver)

FounderCreated builds founder brands — fully done-for-you, for founders and CEOs doing $2M+ in revenue. Founders give us one shoot day a month; we handle everything after: strategy, scripting, editing, and posting.

We're looking for a Junior Content Strategist to learn this from the inside, working directly alongside our co-founders:

- Chris has personally coached 400+ founders, entrepreneurs, creators one-on-one, including through teaching at a leading content creator academy.
- Wilson has built and sold multiple companies using content as the growth engine, including growing his own personal account from scratch using the exact system you'd be working inside.

This isn't a course. It's a working seat next to the people who do this for real, on real client accounts, from day one.

What you'll actually do

- You'll learn exactly how to build a personal brand online from frameworks we've used to teach over 400+ creators
- Review founders' onboarding forms and follow up on anything missing before their strategy work begins
- Sit in on kickoff calls and stay the ongoing point of contact for a handful of founders
- Review raw footage before it goes to editing — catching issues before they become problems
- Help build and send shot lists, working from scripts our content strategist prepares
- Learn our format research process — studying what's working across founder creators and applying it to real client strategy

You'll start close to the work (reviewing,



coordinating, learning the system) and grow toward owning a small group of founder accounts as you build judgment for the role.

Full time role is available for the right candidate.

What we're looking for

- Based in Vancouver — this one's not versatile. Shoot days and team coordination happen in person.
- Hands-on content creation experience — you've actually made content, for yourself or someone else. We need to see you've done the work, not just that you're interested in it.
- A real interest in personal branding and content — you don't need years of experience, but you need to actually care about this space, not just need a gig.
- Organized and reliable. You'll be the person founders count on to keep things moving.
- Comfortable talking to founders directly — this is client-facing from early on, not a back-office role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to execute on instructions.
- a PASSION for building personal brands and a genuine interest in learning this skill.

Nice to have, not required:

- Experience building a personal brand (yours or someone else's)
- Understanding social-first editing is a plus

We're genuinely open to college students who understand content creation and want real, hands-on experience — this role is built to teach you, not assume you already know it.

The details

Contract position, paid per project. This is an early-stage, high-trust role with a lot of room to grow as we scale — the person who takes this seriously now has a real shot at owning more as the company grows.

Pay: $2,500.00-$4,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vancouver, BC
