Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. This role is essential in supporting various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. As a Laborer, you will work alongside skilled tradespeople, contributing to a variety of projects while gaining valuable experience in the field.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under the supervision of experienced staff.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition by cleaning and performing minor repairs as needed.

Experience





- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn current skills and take on various tasks as required by the project needs.
