Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hot Tub/Swimming Pool Technician to take on a leadership role as Lead Hand or Manager. In this energetic position, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of hot tubs and swimming pools, ensuring exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate hot tub installation projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on hot tubs, swimming pools, pumps, filters, heaters, and related equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly, repairs, and system upgrades
- Conduct inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues early and implement preventative maintenance strategies
- Manage inventory of parts, tools,



and supplies necessary for service operations
- Supervise junior technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to foster team development
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and client communication logs to ensure transparency and accountability

Experience

- Proven experience working with hot tubs, swimming pools, or similar mechanical systems
- Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance and installation tasks
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a technical or construction environment is preferred

Pay: $62,400.00-$93,600.00 per year
