Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and fulfilling customer needs
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink mixing techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling
- Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Knowledge of food handling and service regulations is a plus
- Exceptional hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Outstanding customer service skills to provide prompt and friendly service
