Your Mission
- Sports Ambassador: Promote your sport within the local community and boost the commercial performance of your department.
- Customer Service & Advice: Share your practical expertise to advise everyone from enthusiasts to beginners and deliver exceptional service.
- Department Management: Ensure your workspace is well-maintained, attractively presented, and appealing to customers.
- Skill Development:
Learn the commercial and operational management of a department on the job to quickly gain autonomy.
- Safety & Versatility: Contribute to a safe workplace and participate in store operations (checkout, goods receiving, inventory management).
Your Player Profile
- Sports enthusiast: You actively and passionately practice a specific sport (a real driving force for engaging your local community!).
- Ambition & Curiosity: You have a strong desire to learn and build a career, along with the drive to quickly take on more responsibility in the medium term.
- Commitment: You are looking for a full-time position and are available to work weekends (rotating schedule).
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable with digital tools.
- You stand out for your team spirit, leadership, and assertive communication skills.
- Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
