Tony Roma's Thunder Bay is looking for mature experienced individual with minimum 3 years experience to join our team as server and bartender that possess the necessary skills, passion, teamwork and attitude to serve our guests.

Front of house opportunities and duties include but not limited to servers and bartenders greeting and serving our guests to a friendly and inviting dining experience. The ability, organization and mindset to service multiple guests/tables. Be a team player and helping maintain running side duties, running food and helping other team members with guest service. Working knowledge of the bar and bar mixology. Smart serve is required for server and bartender.

All team members help maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.



Open evening availability and experience is an asset as we are not open during lunch hour including supervisory and experience on Squirrel POS order entry system.
