What You’ll Do

- Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and safety orientations.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports as required.
- Maintain safety documentation, records, and certifications.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and site personnel to promote safe work practices.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance with site safety requirements.




- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to site-specific safety protocols.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a Health & Safety Manager, Safety Coordinator, or similar role within construction, industrial, or material handling environments.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience conducting safety audits and investigations.
- Ability to work independently and manage site safety programs.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
