Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our warehouse. This role includes managing shipping and receiving processes, supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shipping and Receiving:
- Oversee and coordinate all shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Organize and schedule outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all shipping and receiving transactions.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including order picking, packing, loading, and unloading.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet operational needs and resolve logistical challenges.
- Team Supervision:
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and support to foster professional development.
- Schedule shifts and allocate resources to optimize productivity.
- Ensure team compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Safety and Compliance:




- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse setting.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Work Environment: This position operates in a warehouse environment and may involve exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
