Part-Time Bakery Production Worker – Dough Production

We're looking for a Part-Time Bakery Production Worker to join our pastry production team. This role is focused on preparing and producing a variety of doughs that form the foundation of our bakery program. What You'll Do

- Prepare, mix, scale, and portion a variety of doughs according to recipes and production schedules.
- Monitor dough development and proofing to ensure consistency and quality.
- Shape and prepare dough for the next stage of production.
- Assist with fillings, finishing, and other bakery production tasks as required.
- Follow daily production schedules to ensure products are ready on time.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe production environment.
- Work collaboratively with the pastry team to meet daily production goals.





What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with doughs or in a commercial bakery is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.

Comfortable lifting up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and performing physically demanding work.

Able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced production environment.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.

Availability to work early morning shifts, including weekends as required.
