At Postpartum Partners, we help families navigate the early weeks after birth with compassionate, evidence-informed postpartum and newborn support.
We’re looking for dependable, professional caregivers who genuinely enjoy supporting mothers, newborns and families during one of life’s biggest transitions.
Duties:
- Support mothers and families during the postpartum period.
- Provide newborn care, including feeding support, diapering, soothing and settling.
- Help families establish healthy routines.
- Offer practical, non-medical postpartum support.
- Maintain clear communication with families and the Postpartum Partners team.
- Deliver care with professionalism, compassion and respect.
What we're looking for:
- Reliable transportation.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Robust communication skills and a professional attitude.
- At least 2 years of professional experience supporting newborns or postpartum families.
- Current Infant & Child CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before onboarding).
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to childbirth, infant care, and maternal health enhances your ability to support effectively.
- Certification as a postpartum doula or in related fields such as lactation consulting is a plus but not required.
