Compensation: $25–$35 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.
About the Role
Amy Dettling Notary Corp. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review conveyancing documents for residential real estate transactions
- Conduct title searches and review title documents
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth closings
- Prepare statements of adjustments and closing documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures
- Manage files from opening through to completion
Qualifications
- Experience in conveyancing or real estate transactions preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with BC Land Title and Survey Authority (LTSA) and Goveyance conveyancing software is an asset
