Alberta Carpet & Furnace Cleaning has been keeping Edmonton homes cleaner since 1981. We run a busy contact centre and are looking for someone who's confident on the phone, builds rapport easily, and is motivated to turn conversations into bookings.

This isn't a cold-call job. Most of your calls are with existing customers — reminding them their service is due, helping them book, and identifying other services that might benefit them. You'll also handle inbound calls and work as part of a small, close-knit team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Make outbound calls to existing customers when their carpet or furnace service is coming due
- Handle inbound calls to book appointments, answer questions, and resolve concerns
- Recommend and upsell services based on customer needs
- Keep customer information accurate in our system
- Hit individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and sales skills

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2 years of customer service or sales experience — required
- Robust phone presence: comfortable, clear, and confident on calls




- Good computer skills and ability to manage multiple programs at once
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Must be available for a rotating schedule including evenings (until 7–8pm) and weekends — this is a firm requirement of the role, not occasional
- High school diploma or equivalent

OUR HOURS

Our contact centre is open Monday through Sunday, with evening hours until 7–8pm. Scheduling is on a rotating basis — you'll know your schedule in advance, but availability across the full week is essential.
