We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Fulfillment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is an integral part of our Purchasing team, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you'll collaborate with distribution partners, manufacturers, and internal departments to manage the order lifecycle from purchase order submission through delivery. What You'll Do
- Review and submit customer orders to distribution centres through multiple vendor platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Manage backorders and work proactively to support timely customer invoicing.
- Obtain and review supplier quotations, coordinate delivery schedules, and monitor shipment progress.
- Collaborate with distribution and manufacturing partners to process purchase orders and resolve order-related issues.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.
- Troubleshoot order delays, discrepancies, and fulfillment challenges while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous process improvements.
What You'll Bring
- College diploma in Purchasing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies, with a solid understanding of computer applications and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with order management, purchasing, or ERP systems is considered an asset but is not required.
