Job Description: Experienced Sales/F&I; Specialist

Ottawa Honda is looking to add a talented and experienced Sales/F&I; Specialist to our strong team of Sales Professionals. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate effectively as a team player within our sales team.
- Proactively generate leads through networking and a strong social media presence.
- Utilize excellent negotiation skills and a strong "closer" mentality to drive sales.
- Present and sell F&I; products, including warranties, insurance, and financing options, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high levels of follow-up to ensure ongoing customer engagement and repeat business.
- Communicate effectively in English; French is an asset but not required.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales.




- OMVIC license required.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
- Valid G driver’s license.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including criminal background checks and driver’s abstract.
