We are looking for an entrepreneurial freight brokerage professional with 3-5 years experience to take the lead in growing our brokerage division.

What You’ll Do

- Grow a profitable freight brokerage operation
- Develop new customer relationships while expanding existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong carrier relationships
- Drive profitable sales while maintaining target gross margins
- Deliver exceptional service to customers and carriers
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the long-term growth of the brokerage division

What We’re Looking For

- 3-5 years experience in freight brokerage and transportation sales
- Strong understanding of trucking operations and carrier management
- Ability to develop business and manage customer relationships independently
- A proven track record of generating new business is considered a strong asset.
- Self-motivated,



entrepreneurial but collaborative mindset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Opportunity

- $70,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission structure
- Earnings tied directly to profitable growth and gross margin performance
