We're Hiring:

- TIG Welders – stainless steel fabrication
- Structural Welders – SMAW (stick) and FCAW (flux-core)

What You'll Do

- Read and interpret blueprints/welding symbols (WPS)
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components to specification
- Perform structural welding (SMAW/FCAW) on steel assemblies
- Fit and tack parts prior to welding
- Inspect welds for quality and conformance to codes
- Maintain a clean, safe work area

Requirements





- Journeyman ticket or equivalent trade certification
- Valid CWB welding certification required
- Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel and/or SMAW/FCAW structural welding
- Ability to pass a weld test on hire
- Comfortable reading blueprints and WPS documents
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Willingness to work shift rotation, if applicable

We're open to qualified subcontractors. Requirements include:

- Business Number & GST Registration
- Active WorkSafeBC Clearance Letter (maintained for the duration of work)
- Commercial General Liability policy with minimum $5,000,000 liability (Tyrod to be named as an additional insured upon hire)
