Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Architectural Technology.
- Minimum 1 year + of experience in design & drafting wood framed buildings.
- Experience in AutoCAD software.
- Modular building experience is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural design is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of the Alberta building code.
- Is able to work in a fast-paced environment,
work under pressure, and has attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a project team.
- Able to produce plans, CAD detail, and building specifications as required.
- Good understanding of construction design and materials.
Job Duties:
- Prepare a complete set of working drawings and specifications as required
- Have the flexibility to work on various types of projects simultaneously.
- Preparing CAD detail as per requirements of the project.
