Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Optometric Assistant or Optician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the daily operations of our optometry practice.

Responsibilities

- Educate patients on proper contact lens care and contact lens options
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
- Assist with optical sales, providing recommendations based on patient needs and preferences
- Pre-testing including visual fields and OCT equipment

Requirements

- Previous experience in eyecare or optical field is required or a completed optical degree
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of optical terminology and products is beneficial




- Sales experience, particularly in retail or healthcare settings, is advantageous
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a quick-paced environment
