Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. As a Hair Stylist, you will provide qualified hair cutting, coloring, and styling services while creating a welcoming environment for clients. Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a secure environment.
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments.




- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met and to promote ongoing loyalty.
- Stay informed about the latest hair trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling tools.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully to enhance client experience.
- Experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is preferred but not required.
