Parts & Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Parts & Logistics Coordinator to join our Distribution team. This position plays a key role in coordinating equipment logistics, parts supply, inventory control, and freight administration while ensuring the efficient movement of products throughout our distribution network.

A major focus of this role is supporting our Document Systems business, especially the high-end folders/inserters in the PSP vertical market and the full range of our Locker installations across Canada, by coordinating the shipment, tracking, scheduling, and delivery of equipment modules, replacement parts, and related components. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse personnel, transportation providers, customers, the technical service team, and internal departments to ensure deliveries and installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate logistics activities for the MAIL and LOCKERS solution lines, including shipment scheduling, delivery tracking,



and installation support.

· Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery of products and parts.

· Perform accurate data entry related to inventory, shipments, purchase orders, and parts transactions.

· Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates, delays, and delivery schedules to customers and internal teams.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor inventory movements and transactions.

· Assist with parts ordering, receiving, inventory replenishment, and reconciliation.

· Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure efficient daily operations.

· Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding shipments, orders, inventory availability, and delivery status.

· Perform additional administrative and logistics duties as assigned.
