We are looking for a professional, skilled, and passionate Bartender to join our team.

Our bartenders are not only cocktail experts — they are storytellers, curators of experience, and integral members of our hospitality team.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining environment
- Minimum 3 years of serving experience with a strong knowledge of guest service standards
- In-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, with the ability to guide guests through selections
- Strong background in mixology; confident in crafting balanced, creative, and classic cocktails
- Understanding of cocktail methodology, bar tools, and precise techniques
- Solid knowledge of classic recipes and interest in evolving cocktail trends
- Smart Serve (or equivalent) certification

Responsibilities

- Mix, craft, and serve cocktails with consistency and precision, following set recipes and creative direction
- Provide expert recommendations on cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings




- Serve guests at the bar and assist in table service as needed
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail with all cash handling and POS procedures
- Keep the bar organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times
- Assist with ordering, inventory, and bar stock management
- Perform daily and weekly bar maintenance, including cleaning, restocking, and preparation for service
- Support the team and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service
