The successful applicant will possess the following skills and qualifications:

- The ability to conduct repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of equipment.
- Self -starter who can listen to direction and work independently.
- Set up in the 2nd - 3rd year of an apprentice program.
- Experience with construction equipment and asset.
- Strong work ethic, reliable and positive team attitude.
- Welding experience is a definite asset.
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the position.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Performing other duties as required.
- Must participate and develop Safe Work Procedures.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License (Class 3 would be an asset).
