Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and process cash, debit, and credit card transactions using the POS system.
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble poke bowls and nori burritos according to company standards.
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout each shift.
- Support both front-of-house and kitchen operations as needed.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales.
- Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:





- Proven experience in food preparation and food service within a restaurant or fast-paced food industry environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and approachable attitude.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities during busy shifts.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counting.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Experience upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts.
- Able to start immediately or within one week.
