Role Description
We are currently looking for a local, experienced Rescue Technician and Rescue Leads to join Irwin's to assist with both local and non-local projects. This role will include working as a Confined Space and High Angel Rescue Technician.
Certification Requirements
- Valid Rope Rescue ticket – Trained to a minimum of NFPA 1006 Operations level
- Valid Confined Space Rescue ticket – Trained to a minimum of NFPA 1006 Operations level
- Basic First Aid Certificate
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test (including THC)
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 2 years rescue experience (5 years preferred)
- Experience in industrial related safety positions, particularly confined space knowledge
- Valid Confined space attendant ticket is preferred but training can be provided
- Experience with gas detectors is preferred
- Basic computer skills are a must have
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver's abstract is preferred
