- Connect with new and existing customers through confident, friendly conversations about cellphones, internet, security, and TV services
- Learn how to identify customers needs and deliver clear, engaging product presentations
- Learn how to communicate, influence, and build trust in real-world sales situations
- Develop strong public speaking and presentation skills
