Qualifications:

- Doctorate in Chiropractic
- Registration with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
- Certifications including but not limited to acupuncture, rehab and CPR
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and able to work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Solid skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis
- The ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, (G2 level)
- Proficiency in the use of computers for Email, Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel

Accountabilities:

- Perform clinical assessments,



set goals and provide treatment plans for clients
- Initiate appropriate treatment intervention based on clinical assessment
- Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress
- Meet and or exceed productivity standards
- Administer and collect outcome measurement information
- Supervise support staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
- Develop a care plan with the client based on the assessment
- Document client care activity concisely and accurately, according to College guidelines and Care for standards

Pay: $48.00-$50.00 per hour
