- Airline Ticketing Experience is must.
- Punjabi and Hindi is a must

Key Responsibilities
Handle airline ticket reservations, reissues, exchanges, and refunds using GDS (Amadeus).

Issue both domestic and international tickets with accuracy and attention to fare rules.

Provide fare quotes, apply markups, and ensure competitive pricing for clients.

Manage PNRs, ghost segments, RBD checks, and O&D; strategies effectively.

Liaise with consolidators and airline partners for fare negotiations and support.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, ADM prevention, and IATA/industry guidelines.

Support the sales team with group fares, multi-city bookings, and special requests.

Ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery of tickets to clients

Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on GDS ticketing experience (Amadeus preferred).
Strong knowledge of fare rules, refunds, reissues, and airline policies.
Experience handling multi-city itineraries and group fares.
Excellent communication skills.




Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
