Job Summary

Duties

- Perform cleaning and removal of damaged contents using specialized cleaning techniques and equipment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment to dismantle or repair damaged areas
- Assist in the removal of debris and water from affected spaces, supporting the drying process
- Apply restoration methods such as mold remediation, odor control, and surface cleaning to restore property integrity
- Document work performed with detailed reports and photographs for client records and insurance purposes
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling tools, chemicals, and hazardous materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of restoration projects while maintaining high quality standards

Experience





- Prior experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction work is highly preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous
- Knowledge of restoration processes including mold remediation, water extraction, or fire damage repair is a plus
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual tasks for extended periods in various environments
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
