Blackstock Ford Lincoln is seeking an experienced Ford Service Advisor to join our service team. The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and professional service experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate must have previous Ford dealership experience, strong automotive knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers promptly and professionally when they arrive for service.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Open and manage repair orders in the dealership management system.
- Communicate recommended repairs, maintenance services, and timelines to customers.
- Provide clear estimates for service and repair work.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective repairs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed.
- Schedule service appointments and help maintain efficient shop workflow.




- Promote recommended maintenance services and dealership programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat service visits.

Qualifications

- Previous Service Advisor experience at a Ford dealership required
- Strong knowledge of Ford vehicles, warranty processes, and service operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience using dealership management systems
- Valid driver’s license
