About the Opportunities

DCG is looking for Skilled Labourers / Cement Finishers with bridge deck rehabilitation experience to join our team for upcoming out-of-town work in Whistler, BC. In this role, you will engage in the following tasks, all while following strict safety protocols.

- Perform bridge deck rehabilitation and concrete restoration work.
- Assist with concrete placement, consolidation, finishing, and curing.
- Carry out concrete repairs, patching, and surface preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools required for concrete construction.
- Assist with demolition and removal of deteriorated concrete where required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow project specifications, quality standards, and construction drawings.




- Work collaboratively with foremen, supervisors, and crew members.
- Comply with all Dorosh Construction safety policies and WorkSafeBC requirements.
- Perform other construction-related duties as assigned.

- Proven bridge deck rehabilitation experience
- Concrete placement, repair, finishing, and restoration experience

- Availability to work out of town for the duration of the project
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to safety and detail in all work performed.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
