Job Summary
We are seeking a energetic and motivated Pop-up Store Manager/Sales Associate to lead and manage temporary retail locations. This role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and excellent communication abilities. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to connect with diverse customer bases. Duties

- Manage all aspects of the pop-up store, including merchandising, and store setup
- Drive sales through effective customer service, negotiation, and upselling techniques
- Oversee cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions accurately
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase store visibility
- Maintain organized records of sales, and administrative documentation if any.




- Ensure the pop up store adheres to safety standards and maintains a clean, welcoming environment

Experience

- Strong background in merchandising, sales management, and customer service
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
