Casa Loma is seeking talented and reliable Seasonal Set Designers & Set Dressers to join our team for the 2026 Halloween and Christmas productions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of immersive, large-scale seasonal experiences at one of Toronto's most iconic landmarks.

Position Responsibilities

- Construct, install, and dress themed sets and scenic elements.
- Assist with the installation of seasonal décor and displays.
- Execute designs while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain and refresh displays throughout the season as needed.

Qualifications

- Experience in set design, set dressing, scenic construction, theatre, or a related field.
- Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced production environment.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 40 lbs (18 kg).
- Reliable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $20 – $25 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
