Fanny Bay Oysters is looking for farm crew for our floating farms that are active and enjoy the outdoors, thrive in a team setting, enjoy thinking on their feet, and want to contribute to our industry leading innovations on our floating farms.

Responsibilities:

- Load work trucks or boats with proper harvesting or clean up equipment
- Assist with general farm maintenance and upkeep
- Harvesting oysters with a rake, buckets, wheelbarrows
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Qualifications:
- Ability to get to and from work consistently
- Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform outdoor tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
