Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Record and maintain financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify accuracy of financial data against bank statements
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial records
- Assist with payroll processing and related reporting tasks
- Prepare detailed reports on account balances, expenses, and budgets for review by management




- Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries and ledger updates

Skills

- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
- Ability to perform account analysis and maintain accurate financial records
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
