We’re seeking a Intermediate to Senior Designer who is ambitious, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing projects through all phases — from concept design to construction completion. The ideal candidate will be confident on-site, highly organized, and skilled in producing comprehensive design drawings.

Key Requirements:

- 4–8 years of relevant skilled experience

- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong experience preparing full drawing packages, including: Millwork details, RCP, Plumbing & Tile Drawings, etc

- Solid understanding of construction processes and site coordination

- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

- Personal vehicle required for site visits and meetings

Role Overview:

- Manage and oversee projects through all design and construction phases





- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and trades

- Produce accurate, high-quality construction drawings and documentation

- Maintain design intent and quality through project execution
