About the role

Capital Property Network is a growing Ottawa lead generation network connecting homeowners with vetted local service businesses. We're looking for someone confident and persistent to generate homeowner leads through direct outbound outreach to property managers, realtors, and similar contacts.

What you'll do

● Conduct outbound cold calls/messages to property managers, realtors, and similar Ottawa contacts to generate homeowner leads

● Follow provided scripts and templates for outreach

● Track and report on outreach activity and results weekly

What we're looking for

● Confident and comfortable making cold outreach calls/messages to businesses

● Strong verbal and written communication

● Self-motivated — this is commission-based, output-driven work, not an hourly role

● Based in Ottawa (local market knowledge is a real asset)

Compensation

Commission-based — paid per qualified lead generated through your outreach that gets dispatched. No cap on earning potential.



Structured as independent contractor work — flexible schedule, you control how and when you complete tasks.
