Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and assistance. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Beauty Concierge team is responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable experience by offering personalized services and support.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes at the front desk.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and entertainment to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling processes.
- Assist with retail sales, including merchandising and product demonstrations.
- Upsell services and products to guests, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate special requests or arrangements for guests, such as transportation or reservations.
- Maintain organized records of guest interactions and transactions.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
