Assistant Sales Manager
We are looking for a well experienced Assistant Sales Manager for our company “Go Auto” located at 10150 34 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 6G7, Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
● Assist the Sales Manager in planning, directing, and evaluating daily sales operations to achieve dealership revenue and appointment targets.
● Supervise and mentor sales staff through regular one-on-one sessions, shift meetings, and ongoing coaching.
● Monitor customer interactions and ensure accurate logging of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the market.
● Set and communicate sales targets and action plans, while tracking revenue and preparing performance reports.
● Deliver structured training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and dealership systems to support staff development.
● Resolve customer concerns directly or escalate when necessary to maintain high standards of service and satisfaction.
● Ensure compliance with dealership policies, ethical standards, and operational procedures.
● Develop and apply a thorough knowledge of current new products, including current features, customer benefits, specifications, pricing, packages,
and options.
● Recommend and implement improvements to sales processes and operational efficiency.
● Manage inventory priorities by promoting in-stock units and provide frontline management support with negotiations, closings, and desk coverage when required.
● Foster teamwork by supporting cross-departmental collaboration and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
● Stay current with industry trends and competitive practices to strengthen team performance and customer engagement.
● Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary school or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: 2 to less than 3 years of experience in Sales
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $45 per Hour for 30 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
Benefits: 6 % vacation pay
