Precision Toyota is looking for a full-time Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service

department. This is a tenured team that pride themselves on delivering a customer experience second

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet customers promptly and check their vehicle in for service

- Answers incoming phone calls in a pleasant, professional and timely manner

- Provide available appointment times, price quotes and other information as requested

- Accurately obtain, document and update customer and vehicle information

- Review vehicle history and determine needed maintenance

- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer, using specific descriptions

- Coordinate service with Parts Dept and Technicians

- Maintain contact with customers throughout the service/repair process, including service

updates, advising of additional recommendations, all charges, completed work, and booking

follow-up or maintenance appointments.

- Invoice all service and parts purchases at the time of sale and collect payment





- Oversee delivery of vehicle to customer post service

- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational, multi-

tasking and time management ability

- Ability to professionally and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers

- Computer proficiency

- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

- Must be available for a rotating Saturday shift

- Current valid driver’s license

JOB TYPE

- Full time, Permanent, Mon - Fri

- Weekend (Saturday shift) as needed
