We are seeking a dedicated Certified Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping female clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs. Responsibilities

- Develop personalized strength and conditioning programs
- Lead training sessions and demonstrate proper exercise techniques
- Monitor progress and adjust training plans accordingly to optimize performance
- Educate clients on injury prevention, proper nutrition, and recovery strategies
- Foster a positive, motivating workplace that encourages consistent progress
- Track client progress through documentation and regular assessments

Qualifications





- Proven experience in strength and conditioning or related fitness roles
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to clearly communicate exercise techniques
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and injury prevention strategies
- National certification in Personal Training or equivalent (e.g., NASM, ACE or ISSA)
- Proficiency in Nutrition planning and guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate individuals
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if required
- Willing to travel and First Aid and CPR certification is preferred

Pay: $40.00-$70.00 per hour
