Generations Cleaning is a locally owned and operated commercial cleaning company proudly serving businesses and community organizations across Ontario. We are currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Evening Commercial Cleaner to join our team at a Family Resource & Community Centre.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and is committed to creating a clean, protected, and welcoming environment for families and community members.
Responsibilities
Daily cleaning duties include, but are not limited to:
- Clean and sanitize washrooms
- Clean offices and administrative areas
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop common areas
- Clean Early Years children's program rooms
- Clean community program rooms
- Clean and maintain kitchen and lunchroom areas
- Clean the gymnasium, including wrap-around glass
- Empty garbage and recycling
- Dust and wipe high-touch surfaces
- Restock washroom supplies as required
- Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and health & safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is considered an asset, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
