Diversified Staffing Services, a leading staffing agency in Alberta, is currently recruiting General and Semi-Skilled Labourers for a variety of positions in and around the Red Deer area. Access to a reliable vehicle is a strong asset, as many job sites are located outside the city.

Mileage is paid for all job sites outside of Red Deer.

Responsibilities

- Carry out a range of physical labour tasks as directed by the site supervisor
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Safely operate hand and power tools as required
- Support construction, demolition, and maintenance projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and keep the work area tidy
- Assist with general site cleanup and organization

Requirements

- Previous experience in a physically demanding or labor-intensive role is an asset
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically active setting
- Basic familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well with others
- Clear communication skills and the ability to follow directions effectively
