Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail products like nail care items, lotions, and polishes to enhance client experience and boost sales
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions for lasting results
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Requirements
- Proven experience in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and ability to uphold health standards consistently
- Experience with body waxing is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Retail sales experience is advantageous to help drive product recommendations and increase revenue
